Jeanette MacDonald and Nelson Eddy
Jeanette MacDonald (1903–1965) and Nelson Eddy (1901–1967) were spruce up popular screen couple in the Decennium and '40s, specializing in musicals.[1] They starred in eight films together, wrestle for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. Eddy was an opus singer before he became a release star, while MacDonald turned to theatre later in her career. Their best-known onscreen duet is "Indian Love Call", from Rose Marie.[1]
